This Sunday in Swanage: Be in a film about Power and Service!!!

Artist Laura Eldret invites all residents of Swanage and surrounding areas to invent a character that embodies anything from everyday to ludicrous notions of Power and Service. You could be anything, from a cheerleader to a knight! We then ask that you dress up as that character and star in a short film to be made on Sunday morning, 20th November.

The film will be in bla ck and white and shot in the fabulous outside auditorium in Swanage. The format will be like the finale (curtain call) of a play where all the characters walk on, one at a time, and gather together. NO PREVIOUS ACTING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, ALL ADULTS WELCOME!

In addition to being part of an exciting collective film portrait, still photographic portraits will be taken of individuals and all participants will receive a limited edition print of their character portrait.

Filming will take place between 11am – 1pm on Sunday 20th November at Prince Albert Gardens Swanage, meeting from 10am at Masonic Hall, Marshall Row,Swanage. Refreshments will be provided during filming, it is intended to be a FUN social event!
